Yep. It was obviously distilled from much longer talks (e.g. the train paradox referred to but not described). And he knows that spacetime isn't a metric space; he probably clarified that somewhere. Anti-deSitter spaces are not on my radar.
I learned to graph relativity at one point in my education, while studying perdurance (or 4D-ist) theories of time, so I'm good through level four. There are definitely parts of level five where I don't have the background to completely follow the discussion. I have the sense that I could, with some research, get it -- but I'm aware that I don't get all of it now, although the visual metaphors make sense as a kind of shorthand.
The stuff at kid level and the stuff at post grad level, was closer to the truth.
THe material is not that difficult for me. It is just wrong.
The closest they got was string theory, because the "vibrating" membrane is basically the 1st to 7th densities encapsulated in the human light body (dimensional portal vehicle, or body temple complex).
Basically the human body is a type of divine artifact that compresses different dimensions or densities/realms into one communications portal *dimension*.
THe source of matter is a type of "vibration" or original sound, which collapses matter and energy into patterns.
I could go into why they need quantum physics and super string theory but... I don't think people here can follow the data or the conclusions.
Suffice it to say that there are serious problems with gravity, which implicates both Einstein and Newton. THey try to fit things into this paradigm, ala dark matter, because what other choice do they have, admit Einstein and Newton are wrong and start over? Classical physicists accept the practical results of quantum mechanics because q m has evidence and experimental results. What they don't tell the public is that these results from the double slit experiment and interference patterns, totally breaks the premise of CLassical physics based around EInstein/Newton math. THey don't want to go there, and the public does not have the comprehension to understand why anyways.
Michio is doing the THeory of Everything but why, they can just throw out gravity and it would be easier. But they don't.
Some of what they talk about is beginning to intersect spirit. What is the source of matter? A vibrating membrane at higher dimensions or hidden dimensions? THis vibration membrane can be called SPirit. A space where everything was made and no matter? That sounds like the theory of Creation being from nothing vs being from existing material.
