The Cameroon army frees 900 Boko Haram hostages, incidentally reducing the carbon footprint of a lot of Boko Haram members while they're at it.

Heh: "reducing the carbon footprint" is a phrase I'm going to have to borrow from now on.

Poor Obama--he'll be heavily conflicted by this. On the one hand, it's climate progress. On the other hand, the magnitude and type of carbon emission reduction tends to belie his work place violence and gun control narratives.
