Well, something to keep the stress hormones flowing, anyway. Heathrow was pretty bad--the gate display wasn't very long and if your flight was delayed there wasn't any notice of it--just sort of scrolled off the bottom without telling you which gate to wait at or how long the delay might be.

I already don't need an airport to get to Baltimore. Airline stood good once they finally admitted it was a maintenance delay. I spent 45 minutes on the phone getting a new flight arranged, but they got me there by a more direct route, roughly on time.
