Cultural figures with credibility may get to discuss the not-allowed. The rest of us won't. Or rather, the situations in which we may speak our minds will be very limited, and certain professions will become off-limits to us.

That's right. It's already mapped out in the 'privilege' narrative that means no one higher on the 'privilege' scale is supposed to speak while 'less privileges' persons are speaking. They lack the, ah, privilege.
