Well, they ain't gonna like what's coming out of the House then. A 15% cut in budget.
It's going to be interesting over the next few years to see how many "The computer ate my taxes" defenses proliferate. And it's not like the IRS has much to stand on wrt legal legs after having set the precedent and fully expecting to be "forgiven and forgotten".
