One Tanker's View of the Eurozone

I'm going to guess that many members of this audience may find this analogy helpful in understanding the Eurozone's response to its financial crisis.  The real question, though, is:  why would any polity agree to have their wealth used as armor for the Greeks?

At least, that's the real question from outside Greece.  The Greeks seem to think the real question is a different one.

The response of socialism to failure is to reinforce it, subsidize ti, and waste resources better spent elsewhere.

Of course, they're sure the answer is correct, they just need to figure out what the question was again...

Mark -- don't forget enacting laws preventing capital from leaving the country, and soon afterwards preventing people from leaving, either.
